Paradise...  'Home Habitats Worldwide'...

The journey to launching 'Our Planet (Our Paradise)' all began with being asked to help 8 disabled youngsters in a hospital in Swaziland, many years ago: they required a home-for-life.

 

I was able to coordinate with charities in Swaziland who would oversee the building of a home and the care of these people if I could raise the money from the UK.  There was just one stipulation on behalf of the charity there, the Sandra Lee Centre: that I would guarantee (in advance) the money for their lifetimes, so that there was no risk of funds running out.  It took a long time for me to get myself into a position to do this but now I have and so Home Habitats Worldwide is launched...

[It was during my time in Swaziland when I first became interested in our 'planetary welfare' as a planetary community.  I also started to be curious about what, as a planetary community, we all had in common.  As I acknowledged our shared, global human desire to get to live our best lives, so my mind/heart were opened to the primal desires of EVERY planetary creature (all species) & the wild perfection & planetary interconnection of all 'life forms'.]

 

Collaborating with property, environmental & finance consultants, I hope that here is a wonderful - super simple - opportunity to provide homes/habitat to humans/other planetary creatures across our globe: I have titled it,  'Home Habitats Worldwide'.  (Recognising the rights of ALL of us to thrive)...

STEP ONE...  Funding is raised in the UK & invested in UK homes & land.  The properties are wildscaped.  [Wildscaping is just recognising the needs of humans and all other local creatures, like wildlife, plant life & insect life, within the space, to find a ‘CENTRAL BALANCE POINT’ of harmony between everyone's requirements.]

STEP TWO...  The land & homes are monetised through a win/win profit structure: income is generated to invest in other 'paradisiacal projects' whilst the inhabitants (of the spaces) benefit too.  

 

For example...  'HHW' land acts as a haven (not to be built on & a secured space for wildlife, plant life, insect life & other life forms to move into of their own accord, to settle down & thrive there) yet with regular foraging & other educational courses run in the spaces, carefully balanced so as not to undermine the overall well being of the space for its inhabitants.

OR...  Another example...  An 'HHW' 'boost' property would be a property - bought with an initial investment of £1,000,000, for example, which is what we have in mind for our first property - that would be utilised to generate ROI, to fund a home in Swaziland, in a number of different ways.  We intend for our first property to be in Anglesey and it will have land attached that will be wildscaped & protected for wildlife/plantlife & other local creatures to make the most of the exterior property spaces.  The property will have 4 uses:  it will be part holiday let (as this generates reliable income and also celebrates the rights of all of us to explore our world) and part local hub for us to run Wild Adventures.  The larger rooms in the property will be made available to the local community to use for local functions and, finally, at least a quarter of the year the property will be made available to provide temporary FREE sanctuary and a break for especially vulnerable & struggling humans, to offer them a space to take stock and to find a way to thrive.

 

OR...  Another example...  An 'HHW' residential property would be wildscaped, for wildlife/plantlife & other local creatures to make the most of at least some of the exterior property spaces.   The home itself would then be made available, at a much reduced rental rate, to humans who may be struggling for a number of different reasons.  We are seeking to collaborate with a number of different charities to enable housing for especially vulnerable humans, to offer them a space to take stock and to find a way to thrive.  In summary...  A 'HHW' home would be structured to be a haven for the humans, wildlife, plant life & more WHILST still monetising the property, to utilise the funds to help others in the world too.

 

[There is an additional option that is being debated, for rent/energy bills to be funded - as part of a boosted supportive structure - by the residents volunteering remotely, for UK charities, in online technical/administrative/promotional/fundraising roles.  Their wages would be sponsored by UK businesses, as part of a nationwide investment in our overall 'planetary welfare' (with UK businesses experiencing commercial benefits from being involved).  This 'boost' idea supports BOTH the UK charities in their human, environmental & animal welfare efforts AND the residents, who would have the chance to build new skills, networks and confidence.]

STEP THREE...  As referenced above, the annual revenue from the land/rental income will be used to fund homes for vulnerable people abroad (starting in Swaziland).  These would be built or bought & wildscaped in such a way as to also provide valuable habitat for local wildlife/plant life & more across our planet.

 

WHEN I HAVE KEPT MY ORIGINAL PROMISE TO PROVIDE A HOME FOR LIFE FOR 8 DISABLED YOUNGSTERS IN SWAZILAND - FOR WHICH, AT LEAST £1,000,000 WILL BE INVESTED IN UK PROPERTY, TO GENERATE FUNDING OF APPROX £40,000 A YEAR - I WILL BE INVITING ALL FUTURE FUNDERS TO NOMINATE ON BEHALF OF THOSE IN NEED ACROSS THE WORLD: WE ARE ONE PLANET AND ONE PEOPLE...

 

 

STEP FOUR... AND REPEAT...  Over time we could have 100s of wildscaped land pockets and/or residential homes (supporting local wildlife & more) whose annual income provides home/habitat for humans & wildlife alike, across our glorious planet!
